The company Gastro Real Estate Hadlich GesmbH & Co KEG was founded in 1993 and opened an office in January 1994 in Zell am See-Schüttdorf. Mr. Hadlich, director and expert in the hospitality industry, made it his aim to fill the gap in the market in the Salzburg province in the hospitality business.
A year later beautiful country houses around Zell am See – Schüttdorf were also included into the program, where we are very successful to this day. Within the last years, we have been able to sell the upper market residential homes around the Zeller Lake. Thereafter, building grounds and apartments as well as commercial properties and objects joined and today we can offer our clients an extensive real estate program.
In the year 2000 the move to larger offices became necessary, where we are now the largest real estate agency in Zell am See which exclusively deals with sale and rental arrangements. In addition our highly priced projects are, with great success, advertised abroad in excellent quality trade magazines.
